Welcome to the On-Line Validation for Experienced Clinicians. Click on the link at the end of these instructions to begin your Validation This process is designed to grant clinical privileges to Registered and Licensed Nurses who come to our hospital on a temporary basis. To use this process, you must be currently using the Accu-Chek Inform Blood Glucose Meter in other clinical settings. This process will illustrate the proper use of the meter with our Clinical Lab. You will need to view the training module and complete the On-line Assessment. At the end of the Assessment you must click the "Finished" button to send your scores to the Nurse Staffing Office. The next time you come to the office, ask for your test. Sign it to confirm it is your own test and review any missed questions. The correct answers are provided below the wrong answer. Discuss any question you do not understand with your assigned "Super User" and initial the question indicating you now understand it. You must complete the Sklls Verification Checklist within 30 days of completing the online assessment. Return the System Access Request, Demonstration Checklist, and your signed test to the Staffing Office. You will be given a temporary Operator ID. This will become a permanent ID after the Clinical has reviewed and approved your application. If you already have an ID number, that number will be reactivated. Please print and review the Study Packet . It provides additional information that will be helpful during your Assessment. Begin the Validation Process Now You will need a computer with speaker or earphones and the current Flash Player to view the presentation. Most current computers meet these requirements. To complete your Assessment you will need to enter your RCRMC Operator ID number in the Registration Form. If you are a New Operator or have forgotten your Operator ID number, please enter your Nursing License Number in the form. |
