New Mobile Health Clinic provides health care services to families throughout Riverside County. PDF Print E-mail

A Mobile Health Clinic, purchased by the Riverside County Regional Medical Center Foundation through a partnership with KB HOME, is the newest addition to the County of Riverside School and Community Based Clinic (SCBC) Program. The Mobile Health Clinic will be operated by Riverside County Regional Medical Center. The clinic will provide a new access point for healthcare and enable the program to expand throughout Riverside County.
The Southern California Division of KB Home formed a partnership with the RCRMC Foundation in 2007 and committed to help raise $1,000,000 (net) by 2021 to further the Foundation's mission. The proceeds from the first five years of their KB HOME Golf Classic were used to purchase the Mobile Health Clinic.

About the SCBC Program
The SCBC Program serves the residents of Riverside County that have limited access to health care providers. Program services include healthcare education, general medical exams, immunizations, vaccinations, as well as screening and treatment of chronic health conditions for adults, children and families. The early detection, treatment and effective ongoing management of chronic illnesses is crucial. The team is comprised of a healthcare provider, a pharmacist, a licensed vocational nurse, a health services assistant and supporting staff.

About the RCRMC Foundation
The RCRMC Foundation was formed in 1989 as a non-profit organization. The mission of the Foundation is to support Riverside County Regional Medical Center by providing comprehensive and vigorous programs of community awareness and education, public relations and fundraising activities.
